NVIDIA Completes Icera Acquisition

NVIDIA has announced that they just completed the acquisiton of Icera, a company best known for developing 3G and 4G modems for mobile phones and tablets. It was a $367 million deal and NVIDIA now completely owns the Icera name.  NVIDIA paid $367 million for Icera
