SICT Mobile launches iV171 budget phone with 3000mAh battery

SICT Mobiles introduced a new dual-SIM handset - iV171, a dual-band feature phone for a price tag of just Rs.2,299. It also comes with a dual language keypad and ports a 2.4-inch QVGA screen.

Being a feature phone at this price point, it has a decent multimedia feature set like music player support for MP3, WAV, IDI and AMR and is fitted with a large 22 x 35mm speaker for a loud audio playback. The video player supports formats like AVI, MP4 and 3gp and it also has a FM radio with an internal antenna, so you don’t need a headset. Bluetooth is also present and supports A2DP making it easy to pair it with a Bluetooth headset. What really makes this phone different is the massive 3000mAh battery pack fitted to the phone, which in theory, should give it a very good battery life.

The phone packs in a 1.3MP camera in the rear without any LED flash. The phone is available in three colour schemes and should be available across the county.
