Airtel suffers technical snag, services down for some

Some Airtel users across the city may be facing issues with connectivity today, as the services of one India's most popular mobile service providers has taken a beating, owing to a technical glitch. Confirming the news in a tweet, Airtel stated, "Some Airtel customers may be experiencing connectivity issues due to an unforeseen technical outage on some circuits in Western region...." Suffers a technical snag .
Since morning, several users have been complaining of being unable to send messages, make calls, access GPRS from their Airtel networks. Airtel, however, by the way of their tweets has been reassuring that they are working towards resolving the issue.
