Lexmark Launches Fastest Laser MFP

Lexmark International India Pvt. Ltd. has introduced the Lexmark X642e monochrome laser multifunction product (MFP) that claims to offer the fastest speed in its class, printing and copying at speeds up to 43 pages per minute.

The Lexmark X642e offers legal-size, simplex scanning and fax capabilities standard for an estimated street price of Rs 89,900. The MFP features a 5.7-inch monochrome e-Task interface, which can easily be customized to simplify complicated business processes at the touch of an icon.

The touch screen on the MFP offers similar capabilities to the larger, 8-inch color touch screen featured on higher-end Lexmark laser MFPs but at a lower price.

For customers concerned with security, Lexmark X642e comes standard with enterprise-level security features, such as IPSec, SSL, SNMPv3 and 802.1x authentication.
