MSI AM3 Boards get AM3+ Compatibility too

A while ago, we told you about ASUS announcing BIOS updates for their AMD AM3 motherboards which made them compatible with AM3+ processors, namely the Bulldozers aka FX-series processors. Now, MSI has joined in on the act. Getting in on the act

Either way, it looks like AM3+ will be backwards compatible after all, despite what AMD said about it earlier. I didn’t know who to believe when ASUS released the BIOS updates, but seeing multiple manufacturers do it is a whole different story altogether. |
