ZOTAC have come out with a pair of AMD 800 Series Mini-ITX platforms, called the M880G-ITX WiFi and the 880G-ITX WiFi. They are designed to be energy efficient so you don’t have your electricity bills giving you heart attacks; they are built for home theatre PCs and are powered by AMD 800 series chipsets, including the world’s first AMD mobile-on-desktop platform - the new ZOTAC M880G-ITX WiFi, and the Socket AM3 compatible 880G-ITX WiFi. M880G-ITX Both these motherboards have a mini-ITX form factor with USB 3.0, SATA 6.0 Gb/s and 802.11n WiFi technologies. It has an integrated ATI Radeon HD 4200 series graphics processor which supports hardware-accelerated video decoding, so you can play 1080p high-definition content with ease. 880G-ITX Your desktop will consume notebook-like energy levels with the ZOTAC M880G-ITX WiFi which has a combination of AMD Turion II Neo Dual-Core K625 mobile processor and ATI Radeon HD 4200 series graphics processor – components from the 2010 AMD Ultrathin Platform. In case you want your rig to churn some more, the ZOTAC 880G-ITX WiFi is the ideal mini-ITX form factor for AMD Phenom II, Athlon II and Sempron processors. The price is not mentioned as of yet, but the motherboards look like the things to get if you’re setting up a HTPC. |
