Pantech has just announced the IM-U170, a nice looking clamshell handset with a white exterior and a flat metallic keypad on the inside. Without making obvious comparisons, the HSDPA and 3G/UMTS phone features WiBro, a 2.2-inch QVGA screen, a Flash-based user interface, a 1-inch external OLED display, 2 megapixel auto-focus camera, VGA camera for video calling, around 120mb of memory, a microSD slot, a document viewer and an electronic diary, but we're still tripping over the WiBro bit. The IM-U710 is available in Korea already. |
