Mobile phone cameras have taken a step in another direction with Samsung gearing up for the release of a mobile phone with an infra red camera on board. The handset being, called the SCH-W760 will allow users to make video calls in the dark by using infra red rays to illuminate areas in the picture.

The SCH-W760 features a -
  • 2.8-inch AMOLED display with a 272 x 480 pixel resolution
  • 3.2mp camera
  • Bluetooth
  • 8GB internal memory
  • Flash light option (though I’m sure why considering you could probably use the camera to find your way around. Just kidding)
At the moment reports are saying that this slider handset is heading for South Korea and there’s no pricing mentioned yet.
