Half-Life 2 Episode 2 Details (Contains Spoilers)

Details of Half Life 2 have begun floating around, courtesy PC Gamer (US). According to the magazine, Alyx is not dead and will rejoin Gordon in delivering the combine packet to Eli Vance and Kleiner, who by the way have set up base in the missile silo.
Episode 2 will also boast of some of the toughest physics-based puzzles in HL till date and the gravity gun will be juiced up a bit. Players also have a new weapon to look forward too; the Strider Buster (name's pretty self-explanatory huh?) and a couple of new locations, based on real world locations. We may get to know more about the G-Man, that'll hopefully keep all those crazy speculations to rest.
The game will be out by spring 2007 and will ship with a "yet-to-be-named" Multiplayer mode as well. For more, head on over to the Steam Forums.
