Sony Launches High-end ES Blu-ray Player

High end Blu-ray player are here, actually they are coming to the US. Sony has launched the BDP-S2000ES, a high end Blu ray player that falls under Sony's ‘audiophile’ ES range and features a significantly enhanced build-quality from the already announced BDP-S300 and BDP-S500 players. Priced at $1,300 the 1080p/24 model utilizes a so-called ‘dual shield construction,’ to reduce vibration. However, like it’s cheaper new stablemates, it does not conform to Blu-ray Profile 1.1.
