Samsung India announced the launch of its new 'Easy View' range of Flat TVs that has especially been developed for the Indian market. Available across the popular 21" and 29" screen categories, both in Ultra/Slim and regular Flat series, Samsung's 'Easy view' technology has been developed by the Company's Hardware R & D team and Samsung India Software Centre (SISC), the Company's Software Centre for Audio Video and Digital Media products, located at Noida. The 12 new 'Easy View' Flat TV Series from Samsung are differentiated as much on account of their design as for their enhanced performance with the Easy View technology. The Easy View features include Channel Minimizer (On Screen Menu Display for easy channel surfing), Channel Scheduler (Switch from one program to another at a preset time), Channel Grouping (Group your favorite channels/programs on categories) Half Mute (Reduce Volume to half at one touch) and Music Mode (Listen to audio with display off). R. Zutshi, Deputy Managing Director, Samsung India said, "The Easy View feature was developed by our Software and Hardware R & D teams, purely based on consumer and dealer feedback, over a period of around 8 months. At Samsung, our consistent efforts in terms of R&D have been to introduce technology innovations, not only in the premium end but also in the mass, volume driven categories like Flat CTVs". |
