Ubisoft has released a single player demo of their upcoming movie tie in Surf’s Up that features a bunch of penguins... surfing! The single player demo (which by the way can be found here) weighs in at around 473 MB and features a playable map of Pen Gu Island with two of the main characters from the movie – Cody, a teenage Rockhopper penguin and up-and-coming surfer, and Lani, his spirited lifeguard friend. Surf's Up is a surfing game set at the annual "Reggie Belafonte Big Z Memorial Surf Off." Players choose from one of 10 characters from the film "Surf's Up" to play as, including Cody, the young challenger from Shiverpool; Tank, the merciless champion; or Big Z, the surfing legend from the past. Only by mastering and understanding the waves can the player become not only the new champion, but a true surf legend. |
