Kingston has announced that its SLI-Ready 1066 MHz low-latency HyperX memory modules have been certified by Nvidia Corporation. "Kingston continues to innovate and deliver new products for the gaming community and NVIDIA's certification of our HyperX KHX6400D2K2/1GN and KHX8500D2K2/2GN underscores that commitment," said Mark Tekunoff, senior technology manager, Kingston. "Our new HyperX PC9600 1.2GHz 1 GB and 2 GB kits are targeted for best-performance benchmarking and gaming, while our SLI-Certified 1066 MHz HyperX modules are meant for gaming memory customers who want the performance benefits of an overclocked system with the settings pre-configured per SLI-Certified specifications," continued Tekunoff. Nvidia SLI technology is a revolutionary platform innovation that allows users to intelligently scale performance by combining multiple Nvidia graphics solutions within a single system using an Nvidia nForce SLI media and communications processor. With Kingston SLI-Ready HyperX memory, users can boost system performance by installing NVIDIA SLI-Ready components and selecting their performance option during system configuration — without the need to tune BIOS settings. Kingston NVIDIA SLI-Ready 1066 MHz low-latency HyperX features: 2.2 Volts operation, Latency Timings: 5-5-5-15, Dual Channel DDR2 memory kits up to 2 GB kit.
