Last year, Corsair released its Vengeance series of DDR3 Modules, which were jet black and looked mean. They have now followed up with Blue versions of them, for extra… blueness, I suppose? The Cerulean Blue will match with most motherboards and even Corsair’s own Gaming Series of Power Supplies for a consistent look throughout the system. Blue da-ba-dee
"The Vengeance family combines provides outstanding overclockability and an aggressive look at an affordable price," said Thi La, Vice President of Memory Products at Corsair. "The new blue heat spreaders give builders and integrators more choice in customizing their systems, whether they are building a new Sandy Bridge-based PC, or they just want to add bold look to an existing one." The Blue Vengeance series currently only has 1600MHz modules timed at 9-9-9-24, you can check out the various SKUs below.
The various kits
The Vengeance series of DDR3 memory modules are available both in Jet Black and Cerulean Blue immediately. They’ll come with a limited lifetime warranty. |
