QuakeCon Craze Hits Steam

Steam is known to offer some pretty sweet deals on certain PC games. They had a pretty good summer sale nearly a month ago and soon, in a few months, they’ll be back with their annual Christmas sale. In the meantime, to celebrate the event that is QuakeCon 2011 they’ve gone ahead and cooked up yet another bunch of deals for you. Starting today, till the 8th of August 2011 all id and Bethesda games are up for grabs at solid discounts. In fact there are benefits for even pre-ordering certain upcoming games like Rage and Skyrim.

Steam’s also offering its patrons something called the QuakeCon pack that clubs in all of id and Bethesda’s titles till date at a whooping 75% discount. This includes everything from the Quake series, the Doom Anthology as well as the Oblivion games. And this is just the first day of the sale. For more on the sale, head right here.
