Pioneer Announces Pink Inno

08 Sep, 2006, 4:30 pm IST | by Aalaap Ghag | PMPs

Pink RAZRs, pink iPods, pink PS2s... pink really does seem to be the new black. While most of them are just looking to make money by capturing the feminine market, Pioneer's new pink Inno is for a good cause - they've teamed up with the Susan G. Komen breast cancer foundation, to which they will donate $30 from the sale of each pink Inno. Other than that, they've also introduced a new firmware update for the Inno that inceases battery life, but disables the FM transmitter when the player is not docked into your car. Some regulatory issues are to be blamed here, and Pioneer is offering a full refund for a limited time if this "feature" doesn't please you too much.
