The French store of VirginMega is planning to sell high-quality MP3 files without any sort of DRM copy protection, following their loss in the Apple FairPlay case. In the suit, VirginMega demanded that everyone should have access to Apple's FairPlay DRM, but the Judge ruled against them. |
