Kodak recently announced the successor to their award-winning EASYSHARE-ONE WiFi digital camera. EASYSHARE-ONE was the first digital camera to inegrate WiFi, which gave the user the ability to email pictures from the camera itself, as long as they had WiFi access.
The new KODAK EASYSHARE-ONE 6 megapixel digital camera combines the power of taking, sharing, organizing, and printing pictures into a single product. Its new WISPr (Wireless Internet Service Provider recommendation) protocol increases the number of hot spot locations to connect anytime, anywhere, wirelessly. The EASYSHARE-ONE 6 megapixel camera will be available in the U.S. early this summer for $299. The Wi-Fi card comes as an optional accessory for US$99.
Kodak also announced Version 6.0 of KODAK EASYSHARE Software, available in MAC and PC as a free download, that comes with a new user interface to enhance the consumer experience and increase performance. This time it includes a photo card printing feature that turns pictures into invitations, announcements and more.
