Cowon S9 and D2+ Winners Announced

01 Jun, 2009, 8:00 am IST | Shayne Rana | PMPs

Congratulations winner! Cowon’s S9 and D2+ contest has officially ended and here are the winners –
Hitesh Pahuja from Nagpur in Maharashtra has won himself the Cowon S9 16GB PMP and our second place prize, the Cowon D2+ 4GB PMP goes to - Vipul Kanaujia of Hubli.

The answer to the question - Does the S9 PMP support recording from FM Radio? - is NO.
For all you guys who entered, and there were plenty, sorry, better luck next time. There’ll be lots of opportunities to win some great prizes here at Tech2. So stay tuned.

Winners, expect an email for clarification and once again, Congratulations! Enjoy your prizes.

UPDATE - Updates in the firmware have now included FM radio recording. It was not part of the original players make up when we received it for review. The contest is based on reading the review that we wrote back then, so all those who answered 'YES' are technically correct but you'd still have to answer the question based on the original review.
