Toshiba Will Manufacture Zune For Microsoft

| Microsoft has announced that Japanese hardware firm, Toshiba will be manufacturing the much awaited MP3 player, Zune. Toshiba's filing with the Federal Communications Commission has confirmed that Zune, will have a 30 GB hard disk drive and wireless connection. Other features of the Zune include streaming music content to up to four other devices, sending and receiving photos via the device's wireless networking abilities and people can, as well as sharing of promotional copies of songs, albums and playlists. The video streaming feature can be turned off, and users can choose whether to stream to any Zune user nearby or only to people on their friends list. According to the draft user manual by Toshiba, the device supports both the 802.11b and 802.11g wireless standards, a 3-inch screen and an FM tuner, along with a USB 2.0 connection to synchronize with a PC to allow users to sync your music, movies and pictures.
