Panasonic launches MB1500 series laser printers

Panasonic introduced its latest MB1500 multifunction printer series, today, which are designed to simplify everyday office tasks like printing, copying, scanning and send a fax from one compact machine with easy to use and energy saving features. This new offering from Panasonic helps home users and SOHO to save space (cut installation area by 25 percent), time, paper and energy costs through its new techonology. The Panasonic MB1500 series of multi-functional printers feature a compact body that solves space problems in small home offices. Besides this, the slanted control panel, lets the users use the printer comfortably, whether they are standing or sitting. All basic operations are done using the front controls. This compact series covers two models, the MB1500 and MB1520, which has inherited quite a few functions from high-end models and is available across all the Panasonic brand shops in India. 

Comes with a range of features

The MB1520 comes with a built-in digital speakerphone and mic, which makes it a compact functional printer without the handset. “The new Panasonic MB1500 Series will now make it easier for consumers and offices to use their resources smartly & faster to differentiate among others in the market”, said Toru Hasegawa - M.D Corporate Planning and System Sales Division, Panasonic India. “With such smarter offerings in the Indian market, we are confident to achieve 18% market share by the end of next fiscal”. The other model, is the Panasonic MB1500 Series and its main feature is that it facilitates space saving and is easy to use. This printer series’ body size has been minimized to make it compact shaped, which allow the unit to fit into the tight spaces of a small home office. Also, the slant control panel is designed for easy use. 

The MB1520 / MB1500 printer have the functions that a home office needs, including a printer, diverse copy functions, a scanner and a fax. The Easy print Utility feature lets the users merge and print files created with different applications. One can check the file on a PC before printing, or edit it by rearranging pages or changing them to a 2-in-1 or even a 16-in-1 format. With convenient copy functions such as Quick ID Copy, PC Fax, Colour Scanner Function & Built-in Digital Speakerphone this printer series comes with 8 in one quick ID copy feature also, which reduces paper consumption and simplifies information management.

The MB1500 is priced at Rs.8,999 and the MB1520 is priced at Rs.10,900. The models are available ex-stock in stores across the country.
