BenQ today announced the release of their ultra short throw projector, the MX880UST for the education market. This projector is ideal for small environments with big picture needs as it can light up a big screen when placed less than half a meter away from it. The MX880UST brings a 78-inch whiteboard sized big picture in a mere projection distance of 0.48 meters with BenQ’s exclusive spherical lens projection design. This offers extra projection flexibility for small-sized classrooms and the 20W built-in speaker makes it apt for the education sector. Perfect for small rooms Although the MX880UST is targeted mainly at the education sector it can also be used for business purposes. It is portable, lightweight, requires minimal set up and takes up limited space thanks to its ‘ultra short throw’. 'Ultra short throw’ is the latest advancement in projector technology, and offers many features and benefits over traditional projection. The most obvious is that the projector’s light stream is guaranteed. With the MX880UST mounted just inches from the screen or whiteboard, the image is protected from shadowing which is commonplace with traditional projection when a person or object interrupts the light stream. The MX880UST has brightness of 2500 ANSI lumen, XGA resolution and 3000:1 high contrast ratio, 3D-ready projection, PC-less presentation, USB Display, LAN Display and wireless display options as well as LAN Control networking capability. From better lamp life and brightness to connectivity options, the MX880UST is an ideal projector for the classroom. As an organization, BenQ is focused on the need to present products that will serve the growing education market as well as products that will accelerate the growth of existing markets by adding greater value to digital multimedia experience. BenQ MX880UST is available at the MRP of Rs. 92,000. |
