If you watched the National Geographic Special - Finding Atlantis - last night, you probably know what we're talking about. The lost city!?
Drilling into the past and questioning the existence of the city since 2009, the team discovered something that would raise several eyebrows. Destroyed by a tsunami scores of years ago, the lost city of Atlantis has apparently been discovered.
The Atlantis legend has been passed off by many as a myth. However, the research team led by Professor Richard Freund, University of Hartford, made this breakthrough announcement last night on the show. Helped by radar technology, digital mapping and images from the satellite, the team found traces of the city that went down under in Northern Spain. |
