CommunicAsia 2010: Samsung Announces Wave 2 and Wave 2 Pro with Bada OS

Samsung’s got quite a bit to show off this year as well at the CommunicAsia event that kicked off today in Singapore. They’ve covered all of the major operating systems from Windows Mobile to Android and also announced a couple of devices for their own Bada OS that just recently made its debut in India. The handsets that were showcased at the event included the Wave 2 or the S5250 and its corresponding bigger brother the Wave 2 pro also known as the S5330 with its slide out QWERTY keypad. Both of these devices will come loaded with Samsung’s new Bada open mobile platform. Their features will include -
The Samsung Wave 2 (S5250) and Wave 2 Pro (S5330) will be available from August in Russia and South East Asia. Customers can choose from the colors metallic black, pearl white and romantic pink. Prices have yet to be announced. |
