FireFox’s Windows mobile browser has made an appearance and a few screenshots of the browser in action has made its way to the ‘The Unwired’ website. The browser is called Fennec and from the images posted, it looks pretty good. The images are of the Alpha version so the browser is not yet available to the public. If it’s as good as the PC version, mobile net surfing could be in for a drastic and much needed change. So far it seems like WinMob is the lucky first to be getting Fennec, but I’m sure the wait won’t be too long before it trickles down to the other Operating Systems. Some reports estimate that the browser could be out for the public before the end of this year. Let’s wait and see. Stay Tuned. |
