We’re all waiting anxiously for what Google is going to have in store for us. In fact we’re biting our fingernails down to the quick in anticipation. But as it would seem, it may not be too long a wait. Google, as it would appear, has booked a couple of booths down at the Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona. We’re all presuming that they’re bringing along a few (at the very least) Google Goodies in terms of handsets with their new Android Platform incorporated into them. Image Source : apc We have to obviously understand that the models will of course be nothing more than concept designs just off the drawing board. So I wouldn’t get my hopes up if I were you. Not just yet anyways. The Android platform is going to be a very open-ended platform founded on the Linux 2.6 kernel. Through this, Google has been able to create a usable OS for a mobile phone. Ingenious. For more information on the platform check out apc. |
