Nope, this isn't about a gadget shootout but a legal battle between Motorola and Blackberry-maker Research in Motion specifically over technology used in smartphones. "Keyboard optimized for use with thumbs" ?? Well - doesn't that technically cover all QWERTY keyboard phones in the world? This is why lawyers need to be kept far, far away from technology lest we land up with more incredulous patent rulings. |
