Sharp's W-Zero 3's Transformation

09 Jun, 2007, 4:00 pm IST | Shayne Rana | Smartphones

Sharp's WillCOM W-Zero 3 Windows mobile phone has recently undergone "Plastic Surgery", of sorts. Henceforth it shall be known as the WillCOM W-Zero 3 Advance. Now that's a catchy new name.

What the upgrade actually includes is a slimmer body i.e. 17.9mm and a new 3-inch 480x800 pixel LCD display. The higher resolution display copes well with the Windows Mobile classic OS. Like it's predecessor, this model also has a slide-out QWERTY keypad. It's also equipped with a mini USB for PC connectivity and it can also be connected to an external Bluetooth or GPS device.

Prices or availability of the WillCOM W-Zero 3 Advance has not yet been disclosed. Maybe it'll even come our side.
