Touch Diamond 2 Gets WinMob 6.5 Update

29 Oct, 2009, 12:56 pm IST | by Shayne Rana | Smartphones

We all knew that the Touch Diamond 2 would someday come with Windows Mobile 6.5 and while we reviewed the handset as is with 6.1 Professional, it still managed to stand out as one of the better WinMob handsets out there. However HTC has finally announced the ROM update for the handset to version 6.5.

A the moment it seems like the update is available only for European versions but I’m sure they won’t forget the rest of us. Touch Diamond 2 users can upgrade their devices with one of these ROMs from here.
