Xperia 3 Shows up For Pre-Order

The Xperia 2 hasn’t yet been officially made known by Sony Ericsson and the Xperia 3 is already stealing the show. The handset that was being called the Rachel till a while back has now shown up on an UK online retail website – Expansys on pre-order.


The site has also listed its features which include -
  • 4-inch touchscreen display with an 800 x 480 pixel resolution
  • 3G, EDGE/GPRS, Wi-Fi
  • Bluetooth with A2DP, USB
  • A-GPS
  • Micro SDHC card support
  • 3.5mm handsfree socket
  • 8 megapixel camera with Smile Shutter, Face Detection and image stabilization technology. LED Flash
The Xperia 3, as we had mentioned earlier will run on an Android platform, deviating for the Windows Mobile OS that the 1 and possibly 2 will be using. The price has not yet been disclosed and nothing official has been mentioned by the company so stay tuned.
