Nokia’s move to team up with Microsoft has seemingly helped the Finnish firm bounce back into the mobile terrain. The company’s first Windows handset, the Lumia 800, is said to have shipped about 1 million units in the fourth quarter of 2011, reports TechRadar. 1 million units shipped?
