Android 2.2, Froyo is Available for Nexus One

Google is on a roll with Froyo as the new update to the Android OS has begun for their Nexus One handset. Android 2.2 is already available for download if you have the know-how on manually updating the device. The Over the Air update will be next up real soon. The Froyo update hasn’t yet been announced for other Android powered handsets, just the Nexus One so far. If you happen to own the Nexus One and think you’re capable of installing the new Android update yourself, here’s the site where you can get the information on how to go about it and the download link as well. So far the initial feedback, a report says, is that Froyo is delivering on its promises. |
