HTC One V up for grabs in our Qualcomm Snapdragon contest, Round 2

Greetings, techies! It has been more than two weeks since we kicked off the contest, in which we asked our readers to answer two simple questions, and try to win a Qualcomm Snapdragon-powered smartphone. Our first winner from Round 1, Virendra Rathod from Pune won a Nokia Lumia 710 Windows 7-based smartphone.
