The developers’ team at XDA have flashed the ICS ROM onto the HTC Sensation and they’ve got some screenshots as well. Naturally, HTC is planning to get ICS to its handsets, early next year, but this is just a precursor to what users can expect in the latest version of Google’s operating system. The Android 4.0 Sense ROM
If you see the screenshots, it’s clear that this user interface is quite different from the Ice Cream Sandwich stock UI and retains the look we’re more or less used to seeing from HTC. The ROM can be downloaded onto your HTC device from here. Remember, it’s still a test build from the developers and there are a lot of chances that it will be quite buggy. Also, you’ll require the custom recovery ROM and all the other essentials as flashing is a meticulous process. |
