Phones these days seem to do so many things and a tad more. Today, Intex launched a projector phone called the V.Show. Now you can watch movies and pictures stored on your phone, just in case those PowerPoint presentations start to get on your nerves. We show the V.Show From a technical aspect, the phone projects up to 61 inches of screen/wall from a distance of 12 feet at a brightness level of 10 lumens and with QWVGA resolution. It’s supposed to have a good battery life as you can watch a 3 hour movie on a single charge. The display is a 3.2 inch touchscreen, handles Dual SIM, and it also has Dual screen, where your phone and the projector screen are simultaneously active. It comes with Dual camera and a Dual Card memory slot of 8 GB each to expand the internal memory of 64 MB. The phone has FM Radio enabled and with GPRS connectivity. Shailendra Jha, DGM-Telecom, Intex Technologies commented, “I believe we have a winner in this product which will give our customers a totally new experience of convergence of Information, Communication, Technology and Entertainment at a highly affordable price of INR 16,000 (MRP)” It looks and sounds good, but it has to undergo some serious testing from the Tech2 team.
