iPhone 5 'video' pops up on YouTube

| by Aaron Almeida | Smartphones

Apple is set to officially announce the next iPhone in a few days. Many people out there are anxious to know what it looks like. Apple has kept up to its tradition, this year, too and has not released any information as to what the iPhone 5 will look like. For those of you who can’t wait to see the next generation handset from Apple, take a look at a video of it below, but don't believe everything you see!

A video that is doing the rounds on YouTube features what is touted to be the next iPhone. This is an elaborately done video of what the person shooting the video claims to be the real deal. The first sign we noticed, which gave it away as a fake was that the person who was handling the handset did not reveal the home button. Another indication was when the ‘touch to start’ option appeared in the game, the game started automatically. Pretty mysterious, right? We presume that the next iPhone is going to have some incredible features with iOS 5, but we don’t think that the ability to read minds is one of them.

We have to give credit to the creator of this video, though as he has done some pretty amazing stuff that almost managed to fool us. But with all the fake iPhones going around, why not make your own YouTube video and put it up? At least this isn’t illegal.

We’ve already established that the Lumia 720 is Nokia’s best effort as far as Windows Phone 8 handsets go. This could soon change once the Lumia 925 hits markets, but as it stands now, the Lumia 720 offers the best blend of features and performance, wrapped in a beautiful package that’s quite affordable.
