Images and specifications of the Motorola Droid 4 have been doing the rounds for some time now. However, there hasn’t been any indication as to when the handset would be launched. So what’s the best way to know that the device launch is just around the corner? Dummy units of the handset surfacing of course. According to a report by TechnoBuffalo, the website has come across demo units of the upcoming smartphone from Motorola. Probably the best keyboard on a Droid
