Microsoft says WP7 Mango is ready, delay is from manufacturers' end

Windows Phone 7 Mango is good to go, according to Microsoft. Apparently, it’s the device manufacturers that are delaying the launch. Peter Wissinger, Microsoft’s Director of Mobile Business in the Nordic countries released an official statement in which he states that Mango has been ready for sometime now and it’s up to mobile phone makers to launch it on their respective devices. What's with the delay?
