Microsoft Set to Officially Announce Windows Phone 7 on Oct. 11 2010

It’s confirmed, Microsoft is finally going to officially launch their highly anticipated Windows Phone 7 OS this month. We’ve been seeing leaked handsets and demos of the operating system in action for months now and needless to say we’ve been anxious to see the real deal in action. An official announcement was posted on Microsoft’s website stating - Windows Phone 7 Worldwide Launch Event the NYC Microsoft Technology Center Monday 10/11/10. Come October 11th and we’ll finally get to see the OS. The bigger question is however, just how soon will we be able to buy the first handset? Via - Engadget |
