Nuvifone M20 to Now Coming with WinMob 6.5

Garmin-Asus has just announced that the nüvifone M20 that runs on a Windows Mobile platform will now be available with Windows Mobile 6.5. Users will be now be able to utilize the new Microsoft Windows Mobile services that the upgraded OS comes with which includes Windows Marketplace for Mobile and the Microsoft My Phone service. Other preloaded services also include a Facebook application. You can check out all that version 6.5 offers here. For those coming in late, here’s a quick recap of the M20’s features -
"Windows phones bring together the best of the Web, the PC and the phone so you can connect instantly to the people and information you care about, no matter where you are," said Stephanie Ferguson, general manager, product management, Microsoft Corp. "The Garmin-Asus nüvifone M20 helps people do more while on the go by combining the familiar, easy to use software on a Windows phone with a premium navigation experience." The handset is available in India for a price of Rs. 30,000. As of now the handset would be shipping with version 6.1 however existing users of the nüvifone M20 are eligible for the free update to Windows Mobile 6.5.
