Want the Apple iPhone 4? You’ll have to shell out ‘just’ Rs. 22,500. Apple hasn’t officially announced this, but BGR has confirmed that the refurbished Apple iPhone 4 will sell in India at a price tag of Rs.22,500 for the 16GB model. The phones will come with full Apple support i.e. proper bill and a year’s warranty.
Worth a buy?
Most people might get confused between refurbished and second hand phones, but refurbished, thankfully, doesn’t mean you’re buying a second hand phone. Well, anyway it’s a little expensive to buy a second hand iPhone 4 for that price. So, the refurbished iPhones are basically those models that have been sent back to the assembling stage in the factory for cleaning purposes or because a component needs to be changed. These are just minor defects that have been rectified with the phone.
The iPhone 4S is launching in India on November 25, 2011 and the 16GB and 32GB versions will be discontinued, thereafter. So, does this make you want to buy the iPhone 4 now? Or you’d rather spend your money on a ‘new’ product? Let us know in the comments section below. |
