Samsung counter sues Apple in Australia

South Korea-based company, Samsung Electronics has now gone as far as Australia with its patent infringement lawsuit against technology heavyweight, Apple. This time, however, it’s a counter lawsuit against the Cupertino-based company, Apple. According to the case registered in the Federal Court of Australia, New South Wales Registery, on September 16, this year by Samsung, Apple has been accused of infringing on patents, which belong to Samsung in the former’s iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 and iPad 2 products.
