Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc and Xperia Neo Available for Pre-Orders on Letsbuy.com

No wait, don’t flip because you saw a pre-order on Flipkart.com just a few days back. Unlike the previous one, you can buy the Xperia Arc and Xperia Neo at a pre-order price of just Rs. 1000… and you pay the rest on delivery (gotcha!). Anyways let’s check out the details of both these smartphones in case you missed them earlier.

The Xperia Arc is powered by a 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with Adreno 205 GPU for graphics and a Timescape UI on top of the Android Gingerbread OS. The smartphone also boasts of a BRAVIA Engine for the display screen along with the following specifications:

  • 4.2-inch capacitive multi-touch display with a 480 x 854 pixel resolution
  • 3G, Wi-Fi with DLNA, A-GPS
  • Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, USB 2.0
  • 8.1 megapixel autofocus camera with an LED flash
  • microSD card support
  • HDMI support
  • FM radio
  • 3.5mm jack

Coming to the Xperia Neo, which in terms of processor, operating system and user interface is similar to the Xperia Arc. It also boasts of the same Sony BRAVIA engine and has the following specs:

  • 3.7-inch Reality Display with 480x854 resolution
  • 3G, Wi-Fi, A-GPS
  • Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP
  • 8.1 megapixel autofocus camera with an LED flash
  • microSD card support
  • HDMI support
  • FM radio
  • 3.5mm jack

The Xperia Arc is priced at Rs. 28,999 while the Xperia Neo is a tad lighter on the wallet, being priced at Rs. 24,999. Both these smartphones should hitting the shelves in the first week of April.
