The Sony Xperia S will be coming to Indian shores, soon, as per Sony’s official Indian Facebook page. While the other devices haven’t been disclosed as of now, there are chances that we might get to see the Xperia P and U as well and that could be pretty good news for Indian users.
Xperia S available in two colour options
For those of you’ll who have forgotten, we’ll remind you what the Xperia S boasts of:
We loved the Xperia S' brilliant 720p screen in a 4.3-inch screen size, making it higher than the Retina display of the iPhone 4. It has GLONASS navigation system as well. The camera, although might not be impressive for indoor shooting, is absolutely brilliant for outdoor shots. They've modified the interface slightly - the music player gets a new look, the apps and the Timescape UI is smooth and easy to use. What's important to note, however is the fact that the battery life isn't really that impressive. It lasted at maximum, a day, under heavy usage. The build and the finish is extremely brilliant, though and Sony's latest flagship is definitely a marked improvement over their previous Xperia phones. More pros and cons have been covered in our full review for the Sony Xperia S.
The other upcoming smartphones by Sony, include the Xperia P and the Xperia U and there are chances that they will be unveiled at that particular date as well.
Here’s what the spec sheet for the Xperia P looks like:

The Xperia U has the following specs:
While official pricing for either of these devices isn’t currently available, the wait isn’t that long. Stay tuned for more details. |

We’ve already established that the Lumia 720 is Nokia’s best effort as far as Windows Phone 8 handsets go. This could soon change once the Lumia 925 hits markets, but as it stands now, the Lumia 720 offers the best blend of features and performance, wrapped in a beautiful package that’s quite affordable.
