A representative from Spice told TheMobileIndian, “Due to some shipment delays the availability of Spice Stellar Horizon and Spice Stellar Craze has been delayed. Around the back, we have a 5MP auto focus camera with a 0.3MP front camera supporting video calling. Other key features include dual-SIM capability, GPS/ AGPS, Wi-Fi Tethering and a big battery life among others. The Spice Stellar Horizon is all set to launch at a price of Rs. 11,999 and will hit the retail market by the end of this month. Spice Stellar Craze is more of a budget offering that offers a 3.5-inch touchscreen, 800 MHz processor and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread, which is upgradable to Android 4.0 ICS. This phone is a lot more affordable at Rs. 6,499.

If you’ve used any of Samsung’s flagships in the past, you’ll be right at home with the new S4. We quite liked the handset during our brief encounter with it a few weeks back and after using it for about a week, we have come to like it even more.
