Weird Nokia Phone shows up on Ebay

A rather unique looking phone has shown up on Ebay’s German website. The phone up for auction is called the “N00 Prototype C”, with a numeric keypad and a slider design.

Anyone got $800 to spare??


If you are wondering that what kinda name “N00” is, then let us enlighten you to the fact that "N00" is a really common designation for Nokia prototypes in the Nseries range. While details are scarce, the phone has a 12MP camera with Carl Zeiss optics and a Xenon flash. The device also appears to have a kick stand, which is apt since the screen does look large enough for people to huddle together and view multimedia on the phone. Another interesting thing about the phone is a sensor strip at the bottom of the screen, which suggests that it could be used as a zoom button which taking pictures or videos.

But the issue is that the phone could just be a prototype and that Nokia has no plans to release such a phone, or the even scarier thought of the phone being fake and put up just to dupe some poor, unsuspecting soul.
