This could well be the year for Windows to really break through with more than just a handful of devices and a few software/firmware updates. Microsoft has got a lot happening in their camp and not just in the PC segment. It seems like they are going at it hardcore in the mobile division as well with Windows Mobile 6.5 on the cusp of its final stages of being a more official part of the mobile community. By that I mean in the form of actual devices that are available for purchase off the shelves. And let’s not forget that we won’t have to consider or take for granted that WinMo would probably come out with an upgrade for that sooner or later. We already know for a fact that WinMo 7 is on its way as well. At a much later date though. That’s just for the mobile maniacs, but Microsoft fans and even those just looking to see what a probable glimpse of future technology could be like will love this video that the company put together. Although what you will see are all works in progress, drawing board stages and concepts (hopefully) the video itself is extremely entertaining. It depicts what the world could be like in the year 2019. Click here to view.
