Google+ links not showing up on Facebook

Facebook is apparently irked at the success of Google+ and is playing dirty, according to Google's Senior Vice President of Social Business, Vic Gundotra. Gundotra says that up until Friday, Facebook wasn't showing any of the Google+ links that users shared. Google+ recently opened up more invites for more users to join and one way that users are sending out invites is actually via Facebook sharing. More and more Facebook users are actually migrating over to Google+ and Facebook is apparently ticked off about this. The battle continues
In response though, Facebook has denied that it is specifically targeting Google+ links to block from newsfeeds. They do have a filtering system for newsfeeds where they remove spam from showing up. It could also exclude certain links from showing up on users' news feeds, especially if those links are posted very often. The issue seems to be resolved though, because Gundotra said that Facebook appeared to have stopped blocking those links on Friday. Look below for Gundotra's video demonstrating the block.
