ESET has announced the launch of its ESET NOD32 Antivirus, a single user retail pack of its flagship product in India. The latest 5th version of ESET NOD32 Antivirus offers various improved features including ESET Live Grid (former ThreatSense.Net), cloud-based reputation and protection technology and New Removable Media Control. The New Removable Media Control secures users from viruses and malware that spread though removable media. This tool automatically prompts the user to scan the content of all flash drives (USB, SD), firewire port, CDs and DVDs, so that specific threats can be blocked from trying to get into the system through the media devices.
