GetData software has released a new application, Recover My iPod, that retrieves lost music, image and video files on Apple's range of MP3 players. Recover My iPod works on all iPod models and can recover a range of files in m4a, .mp3, .mov, quicktime and jpeg file formats, from iPods. The application works on all iPods including iPod, Shuffle, iPod Mini, Nano and other iPod devices. The software is able to recover data even after an iPod is Reset or Restored. The application is risk free and guarantees that it does not change the contents of the iPod drive being searched. GetData director Graham Henley said, "While the iPod's popularity has exploded into a worldwide phenomenon, its apparently simple usage has caused frustration and headaches for millions, mostly from failing to carefully read the original instructions. Now, iPod owners, who've seen hundreds of dollars worth of music or video files apparently evaporate into thin air, can link their iPod to a PC or laptop, and recover all of those files. In almost every case 'deleted' files are actually still on the iPod drive. But users can download and try before they buy at no cost." Recover My iPod retails on www.recovermyipod.com, as a fully downloadable application from US$39.95 or five copies for US$19.95 each, as a bundled deal. Henley says the website also contains some very important advice and explanations that might prevent iPod owners from accidentally losing a lot of music in the first place. |
